Contextualizing Empire in the 21st Century
Liberty and American Anti-Imperialism is largely dedicated to events at the turn of the twentieth-century, but identifying contemporary and current issues that find their genesis in the past is also a task of the site.
Several other sites have compiled extensive analysis on these issues.

Professor Scott Lucas of Birmingham University (UK) has created an excellent forum for discussing all things concerning U.S. Foreign Policy. The site is not restricted to 21st Century issues, but current events and their connection to previous policy and implications for the future are heavily debated through blogs, discussion groups, and the 49th Parallel Electronic journal.
"The Avalon Project"
Yale Law School's "Avalon Project" has extended its online document publication to the 21st Century. It includes mainly documents that relate to 9/11, terrorism, and the Middle East Peace Process.

Vincent Ferraro, Professor of International Politics at Mt. HolyOke College has ammassed a wealth of links to pertinent sites, simple text documents from the colonial era to the present day, including his own analysis from confernence and speaking engagements.
